We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

At SHAMEW, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.

🛍️ All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products (including lipsticks and lip glosses) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.

• You must contact us within 
• 48 hours of delivery
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A refund (at our discretion)

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used cosmetics
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
• Sale or promotional items

 

🔄 Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable)

 

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
